Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to programmes sold by Copler Learning Systems Private Limited (COPLER) through clsystems.in or COPLER’s payment pages.

1. Scheduled workshops

You may cancel a workshop booking by contacting support@clsystems.in at least 72 hours before the workshop begins. A cancellation received by that deadline qualifies for a full refund.

For a workshop delivered over two or more sessions, the deadline is measured from the start of the first session.

A request received less than 72 hours before the workshop begins is not eligible for a refund. You may request a transfer to a future workshop, subject to seat availability. A missed session or failure to attend does not qualify for a refund.

2. Cancellation or changes by COPLER

If COPLER cancels a workshop, you may choose either a full refund or a place on another available date.

If COPLER changes the workshop date or format and you cannot attend, you may choose a full refund. We will notify registered participants using the contact information supplied at booking.

3. Other services

Assessments, individual coaching, organisational programmes and other services may have different cancellation or refund arrangements. Where they do, we will show those arrangements before you pay. If no separate policy was disclosed, contact us and we will review the request in light of the service purchased, what has been delivered and applicable law.

4. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank.

If you believe you were charged twice or a payment failed after money was debited, contact us with the payment references so we can check the transactions.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund

Nothing in this policy limits rights available to you under applicable law.
