These Terms of Service apply to clsystems.in and the services offered by Copler Learning Systems Private Limited, operating as COPLER (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using this website or registering for a service, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

COPLER offers educational assessments, workshops, training, coaching and development programmes for individuals and organisations. The relevant programme page states what is currently available, its format, dates, fee and included services. A description of a future offering does not mean it is available for purchase.

2. Registration

Please provide accurate registration and contact information. A place in a paid programme is confirmed after successful payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will send essential participation information to the email address or mobile number you provide.

A participant under 18 must have the approval of a parent or legal guardian. We may request confirmation of that approval before providing access.

3. Prices and payment

The amount displayed at checkout is the fee for the selected service. Any additional charge will be shown before payment. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider under its applicable payment terms.

If money is debited but you do not receive confirmation, contact us with your name and payment reference before attempting another payment.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through this website or our payment pages. Please read it before paying. If an offering has different terms, we will disclose them before purchase. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

5. Participation

You are responsible for arranging travel to in-person programmes and a suitable device and internet connection for online programmes. Please participate respectfully and do not share private joining links or participant materials without permission.

6. Educational purpose

COPLER’s services support learning and personal or professional development. Stress-management workshops are not medical treatment or psychotherapy. Career and capability assessments are developmental tools; their results are not a diagnosis or a guarantee of admission, employment or career success. Individual outcomes vary.

7. Materials and website use

COPLER’s website content, assessments, methods, worksheets, videos and programme materials belong to COPLER or their respective rights holders. You may use materials provided to you for your permitted personal participation. You may not reproduce, publish, sell or use them to deliver another programme without written permission, except where permitted by law.

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or infringe another person’s rights.

8. Personal information

We use information supplied through the website to respond to enquiries, administer registrations, deliver services and send essential service communications. Our separate Privacy Policy explains our handling of personal information. Payment alone does not constitute consent to unrelated marketing.

9. Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on the website. The terms presented when you purchase a service, together with any service-specific terms disclosed before payment, apply to that purchase. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
